POSTER TAGLINE & DESCRIPTION
"One woman brings terror to 8,000,000 people!"; "Unseen killer stalks 8,000,000 people!"; "8,000,000 people hunt one woman!"; "Drama with the shattering impact of on-the-spot realism!"; "The shot-on-the-spot story!"; "Based upon a Cosmopolitan Magazine article by Milton Lehman" Great poster art of star Evelyn Keyes for this extravagantly titled, little known B noir. A two-timing husband directs his wife in a shrewd diamond smuggling plan, but he doesn't know that she has contracted smallpox. A similar plot premise to Elia Kazan's Panic in the Streets, made the same year.
