Good to Very Good, linen-backed. Prior to linen-backing and restoration carried out by Flicks Film Posters, the poster was in good condition. There was separation in portions of the folds (partially repaired with tape from the back). The poster was very well backed with some minor restoration to the flaws described and the poster now looks great and displays really well!

"Police baffled by the Faceless Killer!" This poster is a great example of the superior movie poster art found on RKO Radio Pictures releases. This excellent 1949 Richard Fleischer crime film noir features an obsessed cop (William Lundigan) tracking an elusive serial killer who strangles his victims on rainy nights. Also, notable for film noir fans is the fact that the original story was co-written by another ace director of film noir - Anthony Mann
