  • POSTER CONDITION & GRADING

Very Good, linen backed. Prior to linen backing: minor creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout the poster (more so along the foldlines); 1 1/2" of separation and approximately 1/4" of paper loss at the bottom crossfold as well as a smaller area of separation and paper loss at the middle crossfold; poster was oddly folded with the vertical foldline off-center a bit resulting in a 1" "lip" when the poster is folded and no restoration of any kind was required. The linen backer did a great job and this poster now looks fantastic.

  • POSTER TAGLINE & DESCRIPTION

"Behind the curtain of silence...into Berlin's forbidden zone!" Exciting immediate post-WW2 espionage thriller shot on location in Berlin, with footage of the aftermath of allied bombing, intercut cleverly with the main characters searching the city for a kidnapped scientist in the hands of a gang of far-right fanatics. Brilliantly shot and directed like a film noir by master stylist Tourneur.
